These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of consumer products offered through the website starwoodtechsolutions.com (the "Website"), operated by The Lead Empire L.L.C-FZ. By placing an order through the Website you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Products and orders

The Website sells consumer home products (including robot vacuum cleaners, portable air conditioners, wall convectors and mattress toppers) to consumers in the European Union and neighbouring markets. Product descriptions, images and prices are shown on each product page. You place an order by completing the order form on a product page with your full name, telephone number and delivery address. Submitting the form is an offer to purchase, which we confirm by contacting you and/or dispatching the goods.

3. Payment – Cash on Delivery

Payment is made by Cash on Delivery (COD): you pay the courier in cash when your order is delivered to your address. No advance online payment or card details are required to place an order. The price payable is the product price shown on the product page at the time of ordering, plus any delivery charge stated there.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU 14-day cooling-off period)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. To exercise this right, notify us at info@starwoodtechsolutions.com within the 14-day period and return the product in its original condition. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. We reimburse the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (see section 6).

5. Product warranty (legal guarantee of conformity)

All products carry the statutory legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years for EU consumers under Directive (EU) 2019/771. If a product is defective or does not conform to its description, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or a refund as provided by law. Warranty claims can be submitted to info@starwoodtechsolutions.com with proof of the order.

6. Refunds for Cash-on-Delivery orders

Because orders are paid in cash on delivery, any refund due (for a valid withdrawal under section 4 or a warranty claim under section 5) is processed by bank transfer to an account you provide. Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or accepting the claim. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the address provided in your order. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For delivery details, see our Shipping Policy.

8. Consumer information and accuracy

We aim to keep product information, prices and availability accurate. Should an obvious error occur, we may correct it or cancel the affected order and inform you. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

9. Data protection (GDPR)

Personal data you provide when ordering (name, telephone number, delivery address) is processed to fulfil your order, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection as set out there.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the EU country in which you are habitually resident, including the rights of withdrawal and legal guarantee described above.

11. Intellectual property

All Website content, including text, layout, design elements and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual property rules unless otherwise stated and may not be reused for commercial purposes without written permission.

12. Changes to these Terms

The Lead Empire L.L.C-FZ may update these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms are published on this page and apply from the date shown above.
